Absolutely loved my stay at Mia’s place! I stayed here with two friends for three nights and everything was great. Mia was so proactive in sending all the necessary information ahead of time and was very responsive and making sure we were comfortable throughout the whole stay. The place looks exactly like the photos and was just as described. Clean comfortable and plenty of room for the 3 of us. Area was walkable and felt very safe, super close to nice bars as well. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Cebu City!

I booked this place for a family staycation in IT Park - mainly so the kids could get a feel of condo living and see if they'd like it. I'm happy to say that they enjoyed their mini urban escapade! Everything in the listing is accurate with a few delightful surprises: 1. The check-in/check-out process is very easy. The building front desk is open 24/7 and we can check in at our most convenient time. We didn't need to go back to the front desk during checkout though so it's a huge time saver! 2. The unit is on the 3rd floor and the living room window faces the lush garden (with a view of the pool). Even in the summer, I could open the window and feel the refreshing breeze while tackling remote work tasks. 3. Most importantly, the customer service exceeded my expectations! I'd definitely recommend this to my family and friends.✨ Thank you so much Mia and South Xcape team for hosting us. Until next time!
