Walk across the street and you are in the Paris Mtn. State Park. This 3 bedroom house includes 2 king beds and 2 full beds. Enjoy this amazing location - close to nature and all the downtown attractions! *5 min walk to the waterfall at Paris Mtn. State Park *15 min to downtown Greenville *13 min to downtown Traveler's Rest *18 min to downtown Greer *Wifi and dedicated workspace *Spacious *Firepit and fireplace *Fully equipped kitchen *Beautiful backyard area *Perfect for a group/family! Master bedroom is a king bed, the second bedroom is a king bed, and the third bedroom is two full beds. There are two full bathrooms. Onsite washer & dryer, spacious kitchen stocked with spices, olive oil, salt/pepper, Ninja blender, garbage bags, ziplocks, foil, chip clips, tea, sugar, toilet paper, paper towels. One large TV and a fireplace in the living room, as well as a second TV in the lounge room. Large patio space with fire pit, outdoor tables and seating, grill, and corn hole. Great outdoor spaces on the front and back for reading a book or enjoying conversations with friends and family! The mural on the side of our home was painted by my daughter. :)

Such a beautiful home!! It had everything we needed and more! It was super comfortable! Would definitely recommend!
This was an amazing place to stay and our hosts were so friendly and responded to our messages quickly. Anything we needed was there and we want them to come decorate our own homes. Greenville and the surrounding areas have wonderful historical things to do as well shopping. There are so many restaurant choices. We especially enjoyed the breakfast places that served brunch. The Paris Mountain State Park is beautiful as well. Many trails to walk which are even doable by two of us who are healthy 70 year olds. We will definitely be coming back.
We loved staying in this house! The first impression was that it was beautiful, clean, and filled with extra thought for renters. Our kids loved the games and puzzles in the house while my wife loved the hot tea selections and kettle that was available. We were excited to be able to walk less than .2 miles to get into Paris mountain state park. Overall, we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will try to rent here again if we come back to Greenville.
Shawna’s home was the perfect location to check out Greenville! It was beautiful, peaceful, decorated beautifully & had all the special touches to make it feel like home. Everything in the home is like new & so fresh & clean. We loved our stay!
Beautiful space, super kind and responsive host, feels like you're out in the countryside (in a good way) and only 10-15 minutes from downtown! 100% would recommend!

Hello! We've been around the world serving in the military for the last 30+ years. We have lived in Germany, Hawaii, Alaska, Korea and many stateside assignments too. We have 4 adult children and two son and daughter-in-loves! We love God and people. We are retired but enjoy restoring old homes and making them new again. We are enjoying being back in Greenville, SC and look forward to many more memories here.
