This place is a gem! The setting right on the lake is so beautiful, I would love to come back in the Summer or Fall. I’m sure it’s gorgeous in the winter too surrounded by snow. The house is thoughtfully stocked for babies and small children, they really thought of everything. To stay off the beaten path with kids sometimes is stressful but I felt right at home here and not worried about having what we needed. The home is fresh and clean and very well taken care of, just like the photos. There is plenty of space too- the living room is cozy, but the dining table is large enough for a big group and they thoughtfully used the bedroom space for maximum guests without being crammed. The place is not hard to find even though it’s on a dirt road- there are signs along the road with house numbers which was helpful! Danielle was very kind and responsive. We had a great time and hope to return!

Loved our stay at this lake house! It was easy to get to despite being off the beaten path, and its location is a perfect jumping-off point for activities around the region. It’s also in an absolutely beautiful location: spectacular views of the lake, starry nights, and total quiet make it a great city getaway. There are some charming restaurants within 15 minutes (check closing times, though!), but the kitchen in the house is stocked with everything you need if you decide to make your meals there. Similarly, there were plenty of towels and linens for our 4-person family, along with pretty much anything else you can think of for a fun weekend getaway, down to a fully-stocked shelf of family-friendly games. The house is meticulously decorated, very clean, super cozy, and surprisingly spacious. Cell service was spotty, but the Wi-Fi works great. Overall, couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning to try it out in the summer months!

Beautiful location, right on the lake, felt right at home. What stood out to us was the completely updated space, room for everyone with the openness of the kitchen/dining/living rooms. Decor is beautiful! We enjoyed our stay immensely and hope to visit again, maybe during the summer. Thanks, Danielle and family!
