Das großzügige Haus befindet sich mitten eines Golfplatzes. Am Morgen konnten wir den Golfern beim Abschlag zuschauen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und war perfekt für eine Familie mit Teenager. Alles war sauber, wie auf dem Bildern gezeigt. In Sannibel ist alles gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Es hat verschiedene Restaurants, aber auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe . Wir können das Haus gerne weiter empfehlen .

Our family (2 adults, 2 young kids) had a wonderful stay here! It was easy to find, matched the pictures, and was very clean upon arrival. It is in a quiet, neighborhood (no stores or restaurants on the street or near it). We slept peacefully & felt very safe. The house is bigger on the inside than it looks on the outside! Our family had a ton of room to spread out/relax. The AC was quiet/cooled the house well, and the water pressure was great. Appliances seemed new. We mostly ate out but the kitchen had basics for us to cook breakfast everyday (pots/pans/utensils/salt/dishes/glasses). The washer/dryer worked well & were quiet (there were Tide pods). My kids LOVED the pool; it was warm & didn’t have a rough bottom. For the first time, I really got to relax on a family vacation, and this house was a huge part of that because it had what we needed, didn’t cause problems, & allowed us to have the best time together as a family & get rest. We hope to come back soon, thank you Brit & Aaron!

The house was great! Our family was able to enjoy the house with enough space for everyone. The kids really enjoyed the pool. Beaches on sanibel and captiva were fabulous. We rented a golf cart from sanibel carts and the kids loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay at Brit’s place. The house was spotless and the kitchen and bathrooms were well appointed and looked recently renovated. The beds were decently comfortable. We rented bikes from Billy’s (they will deliver and pickup) and rode all around the island. It was great to come back after our adventures to a quiet and cool house.

Very nice spacious home with three bedrooms. Conveniently located for us when we needed a place on the island before our weekly Captiva rental was available.
