We had a lovely six night stay at the cottage. We arrived on 29 December and the place was beautifully decorated with a Christmas tree, lights and other nice touches. The fridge was stocked with some supplies to start us off. The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cosy country cottage and would recommend it. We really enjoyed our stay at The Cottage. Rachel and her family were very friendly and welcoming. Rachel went above and beyond for us which made our stay even better than we had imagined. Easy check in and great welcome guide. Rachel was super helpful and quick to respond to our messages. We purchased a breakfast package which was ready for when we arrived. The Cottage was as described and really comfortable, and dog friendly. Nice walks from the farm, good restaurant recommendations and close to Chester. A great little place to stay. Thank you! Lovely accommodation, cosy, homely and very clean! Beautiful and peaceful surroundings and easily accessible to lots of places. The cottage had everything we needed and Rachel was very friendly, approachable, helpful and an all round great host. Would highly recommend!
Just returned from 3 night stay, being 4 adults. The whole cottage was immaculate and equipped with absolutely everything you could want. Has a lovely private garden too. Rachel greeted us and recommended some lovely restaurants. Everything was perfect and such a lovely quiet setting. We will definitely return and highly recommended.
We stayed at Yew Tree Farm for three nights during my brothers wedding - and it could not have been more perfect. Rachel was great, responsible and flexible to our requirements (we have a 17 month old boy), particularly giving us early check-in and late check-out when available. The house was lovely - very clean, well maintained and with all the amenities we needed. The location was also brilliant. We got to see lots of the farm animals and even feed the new born baby lambs, as well as spending a lot of time at the Ice cream factory only a short 10minute walk up the road. I would highly recommend.

Our cottages were awarded 'Best Self Catering Property of the Year' by Tourism Cheshire twice in 2018 and 2023.
