The location was very convenience to public transportation, metro, train & buses just door steps away. The premise just look the same as photos shown, however we have been misleading by the posted photo that would be able to use the cloth washer. Then we found out the washer is not hook up yet, we were trying to contact host for using it. Host did not reply till next day stated that the Ad did not indicate washer is available to use. I am sure I'm not the only one been misleading by the photo cause there was a few detergent pods left inside washer by previous people. My suggestion to Host may want to do a "X" mark at the washer on photo or notify the next renter washer is not useable. Overall it was a great stay at the Premise.

The appartement is spacious with a large living room and 3 large bedrooms. The beds however were a bit small for 2 people. The appartement is close to the metro and tram. It is easy to travel around Paris from the appartment. It is easy to get to from Charles de Gaulles (1h) with public transport (RER and tram or metro). There is also a supermarket in the same building, and a bakery across the street.

Lovely host helped us into the flat. Flat was as described. Only down side was cleanliness. Fridge was dirty / smelly - needed a clean. Kitchen was sparse needs a few things added. Also needs a new tea towel or 2. Good location for us attending a sport competition in the area 10 minute walk away.
