My family of myself,my husband,two teenage daughters and our little dog,had a brilliant stay in Phil's Airbnb. Phil was great - he met us with the keys and we had a good chat, he made us feel at home immediately. The house is near to the railway station,which will be a huge bonus for us in the future,as we have older children living nearby,and we can visit on the train and get to this Airbnb easily. The trains aren't any problem at all, in fact, I was surprised at how quiet they were. We will hopefully be staying at this Airbnb again, which I think is always a good recommendation!

Perfect place for my family of 3. We stayed to visit family nearby. Had them over to the house 1 evening, we cooked in. Has everything to cook. We always got parking on the street near. Stayed 9 nights. Was out most of every day. The beds were clean and comfortable. We were worried about not having laundry dryer, but washed and dried on the rack with no problem. Train noise is nonexistent. The whole house was clean and smelled good. We would stay again.

Phil communicated brilliantly, property was better than expected. Nothing too much trouble for Phil. Made visiting family much easier. Will be back
