If you're looking for an independent space at a reasonable price, look no further. Our annex will provide you with the home comforts needed for an enjoyable stay. A TV in the lounge area with Netflix/Prime/Discovery+/Brit Box, a very comfy queens bed with extra pillows and blanket, essentials in the fridge, ice in the freezer, snacks and quick meals in the cupboard. There's an air fryer for the ease of cooking. It would suit a solo traveller working in the area or a couple on a short break. The annex is an extension to the main house so we share a wall with our guests. There's a door (lockable on both sides) between the annex and the main house to offer our guests privacy, however it's not entirely sound proof.

Lovely private annex . Clean tidy with all facilities that you need. Maria kindly left bread , milk, tea fruit and yoghurt. Which provided my breakfast for the 2 night stay. Toiletries were also available in the bathroom. Good shower. Would recommend and would happily stay again .

Maria’s place was exactly what I needed for a short work-related stay. Maria was extremely accommodating, especially since I booked the Annexe very last minute. Everything was clean and working properly and Maria provided some snacks and refreshments, which I was very grateful for considering it was a last minute trip. I would definitely stay again if I was ever in the area.

Very green and safe residential area. 10 min walk to a local shop, fish & chip shop, Chinese take away or a laudrette. 15 min walk (through a lovely park) to the nearest pub - Spread Eagle, which serves food and local ales. There also Tesco express next to the pub.
Bus M88 takes you to town (10 min ride). The bus stop is 2 min away and the bus goes once an hour. Plenty of free on-street parking spaces. Nearest spot to park would be on the little bridge on Huntingfield road and then walk up 80 yards to your frint door. In town the cheapest car park is next to the bus station. Waitrose offer 90 min free parking.

We are a family of 4, Maria, Lynn, our baby boy Frankie (1) & our little dog Mazzy (12). We are friendly and considerate hosts. We enjoy travelling, long walks, a pint down the pub or a glass of wine with dinner. After Frankie is down, we chill out with Netflix or play board games. Lynn works in a hospital, she likes reading and DIY. Maria is a teacher at West Suffolk College, she loves photography and nature.
