This convenient yet safe, quiet neighborhood has it all. Walking distance to Hmart, Targer etc. Every room is bright and quiet. Blackout curtains. Close to Hicksville LIRR train station, you can walk there (20 mins walk). If drive to LIRR parking lot permit is required. Pls park in Broadway Mall parking lot. LIRR takes you to Manhattan Grand Central or Penn station in 45 mins. Sorry no pets. Pls use front entrance. Door code will be provided. Flexible check in and check out time.

Nice place for short stay.
My stay at Zena’s place was enjoyable, Zena is very friendly and immediately shown me around the place, the neighbourhood around is peaceful and quiet, would visit again.
Second time staying here and it's still as awesome as ever.
Zena has a nice house. There are two more people living there and one more airbnb room. Sometimes the house was full of people, it felt like a real home to me. Everyone was very considerate. There was also plenty of parking space in front of the house.
This is a happy living in Zena's home. The surrounding is quiet and beautiful. Zena is very considerate and kind. It is very convenient to check in. I strongly recommend you choose to live in Zena's home.

This is one of the safest neighborhood in New York. Trees are everywhere, people take walks, bike, kids play basketball. Supermarkets are nearby, nice home owners, makes this area very convenient and friendly.
