It is a short 100 yard walk from the lake and a quick drive to Canobie Lake Park and Manchester Airport, 45 minutes to Boston or the NH Seacoast, close to the Lakes Region, White mountains, and great skiing spots as well as the famous NH Outlets. This bright and airy, open concept home, located in the middle of a small lake-side community, has everything you need for your stay. There is a master bedroom with a queen size luxury bed, a loft area with a single bed, a living room couch that opens to a queen-size pull-out bed, full bathroom, new kitchen with quartz countertops, an open living room with 65" mounted smart tv, large and comfy couch, and oversized chair to watch it from, and a cute little dining area. The bedroom has its own heater/air conditioner for personalized temperature control. You have personal access to the private backyard deck with firepit, chairs, and a private hot tub! The bathroom has a full bathtub and shower, and there is also a full washer/dryer available. The kitchen is open, modern, and has all of the appliances you could need for your stay, with new oven/stove, quartz countertops, sink and faucets, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee machine and fully stocked cabinets with everything you'll need. The living room is furnished with a new, large, and comfy couch with oversized cushions, as well as a matching comfortable oversized chair to relax in. There is also a 4k smart tv, fully loaded with all your favorite viewing apps (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Youtube, Youtube TV, Disney+, ESPN app, and others) for you to log in to with your account, or if you don't have any of those services, there are free tv apps available as well, and of course, free WiFi throughout the place. The Haven by the Lake is the newer "west side" part of a duplex style house (the left side). It is in a quiet and private area of the lake community with the only close neighbor being the larger "east side" part of the house. Neither place has access to the other. You will be given an access code for the electronic touch pad lock on the front door, which will be good for the duration of your stay. There is off-street parking for up to 2 cars in the left driveway as well as 1 more parking spot available in the right side driveway if there is a 3rd spot needed. There is no beach access but there is shared private lake access for boating and swimming at the end of the private road leading to the lake. There are kayaks, paddles, and life jackets available to use in the large shed to the left side of the property. The Haven by the Lake sleeps 5 guests comfortably which makes it ideal for a family trip, shared trip with another couple or friends looking for a relaxing time with lake views and access, or even a private time for people who like their space
