Unwind and immerse yourself in nature at this cozy cabin overlooking Timber Coulee Creek. Large living room windows and a spacious deck provide you with a bird’s eye view of the rippling river and many types of wild life. Deer amble through the property; eagles soar and keep an eagle eye on everything. Turkeys, squirrels, coons, and myriad of birds go about their business in this serene environment. Trout fishing is an excellent pastime for those who care to cast a line. Rest, at Nature’s Nest. Nature’s Nest is a 2 bedroom, one bathroom cabin. The cozy living room has a fireplace, comfy furniture, a large picture window,and porch access with scenic views of Timber Coulee Creek and many types of wildlife. The kitchen is fully stocked with stove, fridge, microwave, cookware, utensils, basic spices, and a coffee bar. A washer and dryer are available for use in the basement. THERE IS NO TV. WiFi is your only access to the noisier world.

This was a great stay. The house is located in a very peaceful surrounding with beautiful views of the moraines and Timber Coulee trout stream. There is a bird feeder mounted outside the picture window and the number of birds and the variety of species is phenomenal. Kim is a great host.
Nature's Nest was perfect for our anniversary get away. Everything was clean and well stocked. The full bird feeder provided an amazing variety of birds which made up for the not so perfect birding weather. The outside fire pit was great for a warm evening fire, and the inside fireplace was cozy for the cool and rainy weather. The soothing sounds of the creek and the amazing view topped off a great visit to the Driftless Area. Thanks !

Great location. Very private and quiet and on Timber Coulee Creek. Appreciated the supplies on hand. It’s a trout fishers dream and feels like home. Loved everything about it.
I was visiting the area to attend a conference and then get in some biking and hiking. Natures Nest provided the perfect location to stay. Beautiful views from inside and outside on the deck. Very peaceful with the sound of birds and the flowing creek below. So nice to have the whole house complete with cooktop and oven. Kimberly was very responsive and nice.

Located in a quiet neighborhood along scenic county rd. P in vernon county. Fly fisherman are commonly seen fishing for trout in the nearby streams.
The driveway/parking space is limited. It will easily accommodate a couple compact vehicles, but a vehicle with a trailer will not be able to turn around in the driveway.

My husband and I, with our 4 children, moved to this area in 2011. We enjoy nature and all the beauty that Vernon county has to offer! We live on a farm where we grow fall Chrysanthemums to sell. I enjoy hosting friends and family at our home and am enthused to add this hospitality service at Timber Creek Retreat and Nature’s Nest.
