Welcome to the elegant Historic Palace Hotel Condos! Room 307 is a romantic space with breathtaking views and abundant natural light. Nestled in the heart of downtown this third story loft provides easy access to shops and restaurants. Well-appointed amenities include a luxurious king-sized bed, a generously equipped kitchen, bathtub/shower, flat screen tv, black-out shades, walk-in closet and more. Book your stay today in the heart of our beautifully preserved historic mountain town. "Wow." That's the typical reaction upon entering Condo #307 for the first time. Appropriately nick-named, "The Palace View," because of its expansive views that literally light up the entire space. If you are able to resist the many tasty restaurants downtown, this condo has a kitchen equipped to prepare almost any meal. Enjoy your coffee from the Keurig at the cozy dining table next to one of the large windows. The King-Sized bed is a great place to gaze at the mountain vistas too. The walk-in closet provides the perfect spot to stow items out of site. Please be aware: The historic Palace Hotel does not have an elevator and the condo is up two flights of stairs.

Dan’s place was well taken care of and very clean. The place is very comfortable and unusually quiet for a downtown location. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Plenty of kitchen amenities. We truly enjoyed our stay.
Beautiful room/views
We stayed at the hotel on a quick trip to Salida and had a lovely time. The hotel is beautiful, very comfortable, and spotless. Great walking to shops, restaurants, and we could see the river from the room. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again!
Dan's place was amazing! Very quiet and very close to all the great shops and restaurants Salida has to offer. Also, a great variety of hiking trails not that far from the Airbnb! Loved this place and definitely would book this place again in the future!

Downtown Salida boasts the largest historic district in Colorado. The Palace is is merely steps away from the Arkansas River and many activities. Riverside Park is across the street. Salida's best restaurants, shops, galleries, coffee shops, a distillery, microbrews and more are an easy stroll away.
Street parking is available on a first come basis. Overnight parking is available across the 'F' Street Bridge steps away. This area has a posting that says, "No Overnight Parking." This is supposed to be directed at campers. We guarantee you will not be ticketed for parking overnight in either of the parking areas across the bridge.
