Thanks for having us! Great place and views, clean and comfortable. Great location for visiting vineyards and beautiful scenery, enjoyed a walk down to the church and very old cemetery.

Beautiful place. Great as a base for visiting vineyards & other sites. Also great to relax on the deck and look at the fabulous view. Ian was a great communicator, recommendations were accurate. Lovely welcome pack and excellent instructions for things in the house. Would highly recommend 😊

beautiful location, very neat and tidy! we thoroughly enjoyed out stay, absolutely amazing views of a morning and night. very clear on instructions to get to Ian's airbnb. The biscuits chips and chocolates were a lovely little touch for us thank you Ian much appreciated. we will recommend to anyone looking g for accommodation in the area..

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The weather was picture postcard and the views from Ian's balcony were beautiful. We had never been to Sidmouth before, but it won't be our last visit.
