Ann was a great communicator. Quick response with any and all questions that I had. The place was exactly what the pictures showed. We had no issues at all. Great place to stay & enjoy all that Ithaca has to offer

Nice, bright and airy upper apartment in Ithaca neighborhood. Easy, walkable access to lake, boathouses, Ithaca Bakery, Purity Ice Cream, and all that the Commons has to offer.

Ann’s place is very comfortable and had all the amenities you are looking for. The kids had a good time as well.

Ann has really gone above and beyond with all the details. The kitchen was well stocked, there was ample towels, comfy bed linens, bathroom/kitchen soaps, and just everything you need to be comfortable and feel at home. There is tons of natural light in the unit and a sweet little deck that we enjoyed. It was a very quiet location and we walked to the Cascadilla Gorge Trail, the Farmers Market, Purity Ice Cream and several other places. It was a great stay!

We really enjoyed the place! It was very cozy and private. I loved the the vibe of the house with the furniture, utensils and all. It had a special vibe and felt like a home. We also felt very safe with the secure locks and privacy. Coming back after a long day of hiking and wine tasting, it felt just right to sit on the couch or sleep well on the comfortable beds. Never felt like we were missing anything in the house. The kitchen was fully equipped and we had to cut no corners as we were able to cook, heat up and do everything. The living room was very nice with the seating options, tv and games. We also liked the information provided on local things to do and other brochures and materials. The rooms were also well equipped. The bathroom was clean, hygiene and everything was provided, including enough towels for all 6 of us. Our furry friend also loved the house and backyard. Overall, I think we had a great time there and would happily love to stay there every time we visit Ithaca.
