A really lovely small traditional Greek house which has been lovingly restored. There are some great Tavernas in the village - Panorama Taverna has a simply stunning view - and is very friendly . We loved the little sun trap courtyard and the view over the rooftops to the sea. Freshly picked lemons from the tree were a bonus ! Definitely recommend!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Eleni war für uns immer erreichbar und hat geholfen, einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Wer etwas ab von den Touristenzentren wohnen möchte, der ist hier richtig. Ruhige Badebuchten findet man ausreichend.
La maison est agréable, elle est dotée de nombreux lits, j’étais seul donc c’était très bien, mais à 8 c’est un peu juste ! 4 max je pense. Les seuls points négatifs c’est la vue qui est encombrée par les maisons voisines et l’eau chaude qui ne fonctionne pas correctement. Mais c’est un endroit paisible, reculé, il y a une plage à proximité très jolie. Mais la côte ouest est malheureusement assez pauvre en plage. Les couchers de soleil en revanche sont somptueux.
Das Haus und das Dorf Monolithos waren einfach unglaublich schön. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick und hat alles, was man braucht. Die Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern war vor allem nachts in der Hitzewelle sehr hilfreich. Wir wurden persönlich begrüßt von Elenis Eltern. Es gab viel Chaos an unserem Anreisetag wegen des Feuers. Wegen Stromausfällen, Evakuierungen und Verspätungen kamen wir erst mitten in der Nacht in Monolithos an. Elenis Eltern haben sich rührend um uns aufgeregte Touristen gekümmert und wir haben oft telefoniert, um Updates zu erhalten. Wir haben uns hier in den Bergen stets sicher und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Es gibt fantastische Restaurants im Ort. Eine gewundene Küstenstraße führt vorbei an Ziegen und atemberaubendem Ausblick zu einem wunderschönen wenig touristischen Strand (Fourni Beach) mit alten Grabstätten in der Nähe. Danke für alles! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder ♥️
