When we arrived, the lodge was more than we expected. Extremely clean and of a very high standard with lots of little extras, especially in the kitchen that helped if you like cooking like we do. The location was great, with a fantastic view and we loved the peace and quiet whilst spotting the local wildlife. Debby was a fantastic host and was very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble if we needed something. A great base if you like your walking holidays but also close enough to New Quay to enjoy the pubs and restaurants as well. Definitely one to recommend!

What a truly wonderful place. Stunning chalet with gorgeous views, felt utterly at peace here. The chalet has everything you need, and Debby is an extremely lovely and helpful host. Had a lovely stay and would recommend to anyone looking for serenity!

I cannot stress the amazing time we had staying at this location. For us, it was a little slice of heaven and just a small bit of home. Our life has been chaos for some time, and this is the first time we have had peace. It's so hard to find these days, but that's what Debby's location and home does. If you find your soul lacking life and in need of revival, this is the place to do it. I have never been so awake to the beauty of life and that is what this place, with it's picturesque deck and balcony, has done for us. This is walkable to the beach and is only 15 minutes. It's a 6 minute drive from New Quay, but be prepared. This is an area to find peace and tranquility so shops shut early and have food to eat on hand! :) Bring your pet as it's an amazing place for it to run around and have peace too. Our dog Scoobie was completely changed from the experience. This place will feel like one you had in a dream where safety and beauty mesh seamlessly. Enjoy your teansformation

Everything was even better than we could have hoped. The fully stocked kitchen had everything we needed. The living room was cosy, complete with a wood burning stove and more than enough logs for our stay (even in Jan this was enough to heat the whole place we didn't need to use the radiators). beds were very comfortable. The place was absolutely spotless. The views were incredible. cannot fault anything, 5 stars!!!!
