Beautiful views from the house meant a great time whatever the weather with the kids. A shirt amble down to the beach and nice places to eat. We had a wonderful peaceful time.

Great house, brilliant location with amazing views. Only downside for us was the parking and very narrow road at the bottom. It was a very tight drive and the road had cars parked all the way down and at either side of the drive so it was very difficult to either reverse in or out. It made us not want to go out in the car, however there was plenty to keep us occupied in New Quay so didn’t spoil anything for us.

Stunning home, really unique with the views from the living room and kitchen. Very modern and comfortable. Has everything you need. The outside area could do with a little TLC though. Area is lovely, coffee shop Bosuns Locker has beautiful artisan coffee and there are lots of restaurants to choose from around. Lots of fishing villages close to New Quay also - Aberystwyth is def worth a visit. One thing to mention if your a nervous driver is the road the home is on is very narrow and the postcode brings you in to a very difficult turn. If you go towards the Black Lion instead and turn left just before it then it is easier to get to.
