Nick and Axel's place is a gem! Poking through a canopy of trees next to a protrcted area of nature the views are breathtaking. You will hear and see birds and monkeys from the terrace. Nick was very friendly, helpful and proactive - helping with recommendations for beaches and surf times, motorbike rental hookup, and lifts into town. This was a huge help. The location means that there is lots of seclusion and privacy - you can walk to the local town where there are small shops and a restaurant. I would recommend a bike or car, however, to be able to explore the beaches - which are amazing and varied! At the house there is a lot of space to chill/socialise/do yoga/cook together in a communal kitchen and work (the wifi was great for working frm my room or the terrace).The bed in Frangipani room is huge and very comfortable and the room is surrounded with a nice view of trees. I met awesome people staying here on my own and felt very welcomed by the local community. I highly recommend!

It was such a a wonderful place . Axel (remotely) and nick ( on site) we’re so helpful. We booked our stay late at night and they were able to get to room ready and accommodate us . The place looks better than the pictures . They did a great job with the building and layout . It has a beautiful view and everything was very clean. This is a perfect spot to stay at and it’s close to San Juan del sur. For those that look for surfing this place is close to not so known beaches but nick has all the good tips and places to go to since he is a surfer himself . If you wanted to go surfing they offer the tours and transportation there . This place has so much potential and even though they have more plans and in place I can’t imagine how much better it will become. I loved our stay here and would recommend you to stay here rather than in San Juan. You are still only 20 min out of the city and very clean. If you have transportation or rented a car . This is a perfect spot .

Chambre Spatieuse, juste à côté de la salle de bain qui est partagée avec une seule autre chambre donc le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de salle de bain dans la chambre n’était pas contraignant. Nick super cool et accueillant, toujours présent en cas de besoin. L’équipe très disponible en amont de l’arrivée et pendant le séjour. Lodge au milieu de la nature dans un éco développement qui s’appelle Las Fincas non loin du village de Las Parcelas. Beaucoup de sentiers super sympas à explorer. 5mn en voiture de Playa Yankee et 10 de Playa Hermosa qui sont toutes les deux magnifiques. Parfait pour ne pas être dans le bruit et le rush de San Juan, tout en pouvant s’y rendre en 15/20mn pour les activités de la ville. Idéal en louant une moto ou une voiture même si les proprios ont le projet de mettre en place des navettes vers les plages et la ville prochainement.
