Your hosts have four years of experience as superhosts in another bedroom on the premises and are excited to welcome you to this newly renovated space. The room has a queen-sized bed and couch that folds out into a bed.

Wonderful, cozy space for us two humans and a dog, we loved our stay! Everything is close by and parking is very convenient. Easily recommend to anyone coming to enjoy Burlington.
Chris and Kara’s place was great and walkable to the lakefront, Church street and UVM. The area is a bit loud at night, but it’s in a city, so that’s expected.
We had a great stay. Place was cozy and clean. Walkable to restaurants, bars making it a great location.
Great stay! Very nice & clean space in a great neighborhood. Very easy to find, checkin was smooth & convenient. Space was ideal for a couple or single traveler. Nice amenities, exceptionally comfortable blankets, & loved getting to play on the keyboard for a while. Would def stay here again
Chris and Kara are great hosts. They are super responsive and their place is PERFECT for a couple (note, as they say, it is not big enough for more than that). If I was staying longer than a weekend, though, I'd want a full kitchen so I could cook for myself. But that's all as they described it. The unit is very very comfy!

We absolutely love our neighborhood! We have two yoga studios, a fabulous cafe (Barrio), a vegan bakery (Knead) and several wonderful restaurants: Shinjuku Station (sushi), Nunyuns (cafe), Taco Gordo (Mexican), Pho Hung (Vietnamese), and many more, all within a 2-3 block radius of the house. We are also about a 5 to 10 minutes from the center of downtown Burlington, the Church Street Market Place, and a 15-20 walk to the Burlington bike path on Lake Champlain.
We are a 5-minute (brisk) walk to Church Street marketplace (the heart of Burlington), 15-20 minute walk to bike path on Burlington's majestic waterfront, and conveniently located on the city bus route. It's also a 10 minute bike ride (20-minute walk) to UVM's main campus. Free street parking is located on both sides of our one way street, North Winooski Avenue.
