Relax in the heart of the South Downs with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Away from any main roads and within walking distance of 3 pubs and the South Downs Way there is so much to discover. A fantastic converted coach house with original features. Large glass double doors enter into a large living area with 2 sofas a TV and a log burner. It has a spacious fully fitted kitchen with a dining table. A double bed and bathroom downstairs and a bedroom with 2 single beds upstairs. With access to a front and back garden, guests can enjoy the beautiful views of the South Downs.

Great place for Walking or visiting Brighton for shopping
Perfect for our needs. Abi responded quickly to the minor little blip with tap, this was not a problem for us. Shame the property has been sold as we would use this again. Thank you for the stay.

The property is near Plumpton racecourse and has stunning views of the South Downs. Because it is away from the main road it feels very peaceful and quiet. There are multiple countryside walks on the doorstep and 3 pubs within walking distance including the Jolly Sportsman considered one of the best places to eat featured in AA guide 22/23.
The train station and village of Plumpton is also in walking distance (10 minutes) accessed away from the main road. Plumpton has a village store, playing fields and playground.
Other notable places in the nearby area are Lewes either 12 minutes drive or 1 stop away by train. Brighton is a 25 minute drive or can also be accessed by train. Ditchling Beacon and Devils Dyke are a short car journey away as well as the opera house Glyndebourne.
It is possible to come by train as the station is only a 10 minute walk and there are lots of countryside walks on the doorstep. There is also a parking space for a car.
