Beautiful place to stay that is within walking distance to the hospital. The hosts are friendly and are very quick to respond to any questions. They also provide all the necessities you may need for your stay.

Perfectly located to many of Newport's highlights. Guests can easily walk to Historic Bayfront to enjoy shopping, Ripley's Believe It or Not, a delicious meal, and those comical sea lions. With Samaritan Hospital across the street from the condo, guests can use the crosswalk to safely cross Highway 101 to walk to Nye Beach. Several grocery stores are within a 3 mile radius. Other nearby attractions to check out include: Oregon Coast Aquarium, the Hatfield Marine Science Center, and Yaquina Head Lighthouse to name a few.

While living in Florida, we watched 2 movies that highlighted the beauty & remoteness of coastal Oregon. In 2006, with nothing else to go on, we booked our 1st trip on line. It was then we fell in love with the area & dreamed of living there someday. A couple more vacations to the area and 16 years later, we put our dreams in motion & found this gem. Our goal is that this setting is a place for all to chill, relax, unwind, & explore.
