This 2 bedroom ground floor maisonette is close to the City centre, train and coach stations. Enjoy peace and quiet at this stylish place in the leafy suburb of Lady Bay West Bridgford. Park your car on the road in front of the flat. The apartment has been recently renovated and it has everything you will need, as well as the outdoor space. River Trent and open fields are very short walk away. Close to Central Avenue, Holme Pierrepont Water Sports Centre, Cricket Ground, Football stadiums. You will be staying in the 1960s ground floor maisonette, which has been recently renovated and modernised. There is a full size fridge and freezer, induction hob, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher in the kitchen. In the bathroom there’s washbasin, toilet and a shower. The bathroom was fitted with marble and real stone tiles. Two double bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with sofa bed. All flooring in the rooms is a real engineered oak.

Really easy stay, perfect for what we needed.
A couple of issues. The second bedroom had a double bed but it was a type of fold up bed. Adult son said it was very uncomfortable. Also in the middle of the room with no headboard and there was nowhere to hang or place clothes. If four people are staying, another chair is needed in the lounge. Heating caused us a problem. Flat was cold when we checked in and we had difficulty getting it to work. Hard to find the correct instructions. Couldn’t get it to work on timer and had to switch it on and off manually. Needs clearer instructions. Kitchen needs a can opener, more than one saucepan and some teaspoons, there was only one. All the above easily remedied and we’d stay again. Loved the patio and the folding screen in the shower room.
Asta's listing is truly Air BnB at its finest. Clean , generous, thoughtful & well located for the central sights & buzz of Nottingham , but located in the leafy, classy environs of Lady Bay/Trent Bridge. The property is lovely. All the utilities work, it's surprisingly spacious & tastefully decorated & equipped. Asta's comms are timely & helpful ! A great Air BNB

This is very quiet neighbourhood, consisting of families and elderly people. Being a flat there will always be people close by, everyone being friendly and respectful to each other.
Lady Bay is a lovely area of West Bridgford, very close to the river and open fields. City centre, coach and train stations are less than 2 miles away and can be accessed by walking or bus No 11 that stops couple of minutes walk from the property.
You can park free on the cul de sac road in front of the property.
Central Avenue with plenty of bars and restaurants is a 10-15 minutes walk away. On the Trent Boulevard (main road of Lady Bay) you will find our most wonderful Fish and chips chop together with many other take away shops as well as a brilliant Lady Bay pub. There is also a Co-op open till 11pm most nights.
The area is quiet and peaceful.
