Beautiful Victorian townhouse with garden. A real tardis offering spacious accommodation over 3 floors with 4 bedrooms sleeping 2 people in each and a bathroom and en-suite shower room. Full of character with 2 open fires and many original features with modern touches including wifi, smart tv and nespresso coffee machine. Well behaved pets accepted on request. Hairdryer and straighteners supplied. A quirky sitting room with an open fire for cosy chats and relaxing. Also a large open plan kitchen/dining room with a large table and additional sofa space. Here you will also find a desk area and another open fireplace. A TV with basic sky and netflix. The kitchen comprises fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, soda stream and nespresso coffee machine for your comfort. Back door leading to patio and grassed, fully enclosed garden. A large family bathroom with with roll top bath (this is old so has some staining) and also an en-suite shower room - both newly done and equipped with toiletries, very large bath and hand towels for each guest. The top floor (slightly steeper steps but with hand rails) contains 2 spacious attic rooms one with a kingsize bed and the other 2 singles. Middle floor contains 2 large bedrooms with kings size beds, one containing the en-suite. The family bathroom is also on this floor. Permit parking is available and we will give you day passes during your stay (one car) allowing you to park outside or or in central faversham. There are also car parks metres away. You can enter the house from the front or back. We are situated opposite the station where you can take a train to nearby Whitstable and other seaside towns, Canterbury or London. Dover is also near if you want to pop over to France. Faversham is a beautiful market town with various weekly markets and often hosting other events throughout the year. Stroll down to Faversham Creek and the many surrounding walks and areas of natural beauty. Home to Shepherd Neame, Britain's oldest brewer. Although we are near the train station you rarely hear the train. However we are in the town so there will be some noise and we do have neighbours! It is however surprisingly quite most of the time.
