Evolve helped us is so many ways with this trip! They helped us get an earlier check-in and then when we got to our destination a day early and they helped me get into the home the day before. I would like to thank Nolwazi K for helping us get the early check in and then when I was in crunch time Olivia L got us in the night before we were to check in. I tried to get ahold of the owners to do so but the phone number was not working for me so they kicked it into high gear and got things done! We had a minor mishap with a chair and I wanted the owner to know and Tacia with Evolve's safety team came into play. Which we did not need but were available if we needed them. Super easy to communicate with and right on top of things!!
Overall was a good stay! Had no issues finding the place! Was perfect for fitting our family and would stay here again! We couldn’t find enough bath towels for some of our guests so we had to use the pool/beach towels in the basement and the coffee pot wasn’t clean when we went to use it but neither of these things affected our overall stay! Very pleased with the host and the house!
Great place, perfect distance from Casino, Bristol and nearby areas. Passionate house for a passionate getaway.
The view is beautiful. We were there over Christmas with our 5 adult children. Each morning I would wake up and see the sun coming up over the water. It was the perfect spot to unwind and just enjoy being together. The other really big plus was that the place really had so much to offer. The kitchen was really stocked. There were games and puzzles. There was plenty of space to hang out together, and to spread out. We really enjoyed our stay. The only drawback is driving there at night. I learned to drive in East Tennessee, but I have lived in flat places for the last 30 years. I had to reacclimate to driving on hilly and curvy roads.
It will be great to have window blinds, I do un the view is beautiful. The bushes on the side of the walkway need to be cut down to a moderate size because it was wet and walking becomes difficult. Other than these few observations the property is beautiful. Ms Linda is a nice woman.
