Shower head held in place with plastic bag. Hot warter went cold in the shower. Could do with a bit of TLC in the bathroom. Apart from that everything else was great.

I cannot fault Lauren's response when we contacted her to complaint about the accommodation as she was unaware of the state of the property, relying on a cleaner/ manager for day to day maintenance. Sadly the property was dirty, beds soiled and stained, rooms needed considerably maintenance and making safe. It had an overwhelming smell of cannabis in every room- both smoke alarms had been covered with plastic bags Lauren has promised to provide a full refund as did not wish to stay, bookings an alternative hotel. I have not received any money to date however, so will pursue this if necessary.
