a nice place in the downtown area. Clean, and spacious. Well appointed. Simple rules and simple cleaning. Would stay again and recommend.

Great setup for large groups. Good space for parking. Very nice modern touches and Comfortable beds. Clean and chic bathrooms. Great floor plan. Wilmington has alot to offer and within 5-10 m drive of this house. Beach is 15 m away.

Our family of 10 stayed in this clean and updated, nicely decorated 1950's cottage and carriage house in Wilmington, would def stay again. There was plenty of space for everyone with 8 beds. If needed, it could easily accomodate 13, with 10 doubling up and 3 singles (see photos). If a bedroom TV is your thing, at the time of our stay, only 3 of the sleeping spaces have a TV, there is one in the living room. Jay and the co-hosts were very responsive, I messaged to find the kitchen trash can (I just gave up looking, one cabinet too soon!) and also to get the code for the carriage house, which wasnt sent prior to our arrival. It took no time for them to respond. At the time of our booking, the listing included a washer and dryer, outdoor furniture and an electric BBQ grill, which actually werent on site. New listing and and just an over night stay, so not a MAJOR deal for us, but if you are going to be there for a vacation, double check if those things are important for you.
