This house made us feel right at home. The kitchen was well stocked, perfect area for cooking and eating with a family (6 of us). The beds were clean, and super comfortable...literally slept like a baby. The yard was open and spacious, with perfect views of the horizon. The kids LOVED it, just running around playing, exploring, bug hunting, playing baseball...and the adults loved it, too, especially the wrap around porch. I'm a huge nerd, and brought the family here for the Total Eclipse of 2024. This spot was perfect for that-- it was 100% worth every penny for us. even after the eclipse was over, this is a lower bortle zone, and the stars are beautiful here. Horizons are deep and perfect for any scope, just watching stars, or a meteor shower. The blacktop grill was unavailable, but Gene promptly came to retrieve a grill for us (we are a home cooking and grilling family). He made himself available if we needed anything. Karina was responsive and made sure our stay was A+!

If you're looking for the Blackstone grill in the picture, it's not there. That's what originally got my attention. I was a little sad when I found out it wasn't there. If you're looking for a peaceful, beautiful place, this is it. It was nice seeing the deer outside the front windows in the mornings. No complaints here. My family and I loved this place. Would definitely come back in the summer time. Arkansas is shut down until March. Not much to do between Christmas and March. You can still ride horses at the place not too far OK Post. Thanks Karina for a LOVELY experience 💕💕💕

We absolutely loved Karina's place! It was exactly what we wanted. We were there for the Thanksgiving Holiday with our Children and Grandchildren. It was easy to find, the gps brought us straight to the house. The views are breathtaking and the house was immaculate with stunning hand painted artwork on the walls. Karina was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We used the fire pit every night for S'mores and saw deer every morning in the yard. We will book Karina's house again. The photos do not do justice to how beautiful this place is. Big Thank you to the caretaker Gene for being so caring and helpful to make sure we were happy with the accommodations. Highly recommend this house for a very relaxing stay in the Arkansas mountains.

Great place in the country. Beautiful house with new appliances, nice kitchen and comfortable beds. Great view out the living room windows and lots of deer. Driveway is a real challange for motorcycles with a two track up a steep hill and a very sharp switchback halfway up. The listing said there was a barbeque but there wasn't. TV only works on Apple TV.

This place is AMAZING! Do not let the new listing scare you away. The floor to ceiling windows in the living area were gorgeous. We watched a bunch of deer all weekend. The porch goes all the way around the house. The kitchen is very well stocked. The wifi worked great. I was shocked, being in the middle of the country. We were able to stream with no issues. There is a washer and dryer available. The beds were great. I can't wait to come back!
