Location-wise, it's good given that the unit is very accessible to the beach and pool. But the unit itself was uncomfortably dirty and smelled bad, making it difficult for us to move around freely. Amoy luma and malansa. For the grill, we were not able to use it due to leftovers from the previous guest pa ata (we assumed) Two rats were even spotted eating our snacks the next morning. 😣😖 Apologies but it looks different from the posted online, specially the bed and comfort rooms 😓 Overall, house is not well-maintained. ☹️ im giving this stay a 5/10

Booked Date : April 19-20, 2024. Its our 5th time to visit the place. Location : 2-3 hours away from Manila. Accommodations : Spacious enough for big family. AC per room is functional. Old and badly need of maintenance. Amenities : Beach, poorly maintain. May mga litter ung buhangin, ung water sa beach area is ok naman walang gaanong bato or seaweeds. Pool is also poorly maintain. From the day we stay hindi na swimmable ung pool at iba na talaga ung color. I ask the caretaker pa para malinis ung pool. And since hindi swimmable, we end up purchasing additional 488/person para sa day tour ng hotel amenities para makagamit ng pool area. The whole stay namen hindi nagamit yung pool inclusive sa stay.😔 Staff : Kudos to all the staff and maintenance team of the apartments! 😊 madali sila kausap at aayusin nila ung problem, right away. Unit Owner : Responsive. I hope nag offer ng adjustments since hindi nagamit ung pool 😊 Needs Improvements and alot of care. Overall Good experience😊

Ms Au's place is a great place to stay specially if you're with kids & seniors, beach and pool access were so easy. The price is just right for the place, near to Manila, kids and seniors will not be bored on travel time. Waltermart/ Savemore 10 to 20 mins drive from this place. The seashore is a plus, sea is clear and not crowded, although pool is not that well maintained like in the Hotel pool area, but it's ok, were after for the beach. Ms Au is also very accommodating and flexible in our request. All of my relatives were so delighted in the place, has spacious, peaceful and relaxing ambiance. Planning to go back for our next family gathering.
