The accommodation is in a very pretty area, close to magnificent views over the lake. The room is large and well decorated with extremely comfortable bedding. The large windows overlooking the garden are so pleasant in the morning. Heidi was a great host who made it easy for us to get into the accommodation and the room was full of little touches.

we had a wonderful time staying here. everything was comfortable and tastefully arranged like a haven from the everyday world. I wish we had time to use the Jacuzzi tub which looked amazing. we walked down the road and saw a beaver, a heron, and a turtle! we would definitely come here again.

What a wonderful stay! Heidi and Steve were incredibly accommodating and helped to make our visit unforgettable. The room was perfect, aas was the bathroom, and we loved having access to the deck. Our only challenge was upon arrival: we were puzzled sorting out where we should park and where the entrance was. Be aware that the door is accessible from the back deck, which necessitates walking through the grass and up a few steps. Totally fine for us but might be an issue with a rolling bag or in bad weather.

Perfect location for my climat conference at the Shelburne Farm. Very friendly host, bed really confortable. Nice bathroom. I would definitely go back:)

Heidi and her husband are friendly, genuinely kind, and helpful. Plus fast communication/ responses. Great place to stay, felt private, spotless room and bathroom, beautiful trails nearby, highly recommend
