This gorgeous 2-story cottage with a huge deck overlooking St.Anne's Bay is nestled among a network of trails through the forest and down to the waterfront. You will have private access to the whole cottage which includes 3 bedrooms, 2 full kitchens, 2 bathrooms, and 4 decks. This is the first year we're including the walkout basement but check out the reviews on the main level unit at https://airbnb.ca/h/cabotcottages The whole property is essentially on a hill. Parking is near the top, followed by the cabins, the main cottage, and then the waterfront is a few minutes further down. The paths are not suitable for people with mobility issues and potentially seniors. There is a path down to a look off, where you can enjoy incredible views of the sunset overlooking the bay, plus a rocky trail that brings you right down to the water. We plan on adding some kayaks for the 2024 season. Guests can swim and paddle at their own risk. Just be prepared to get that heart rate up on the walk back to the cottage!
