You will enjoy the use of two complete guesthouses (the main suite and the loft suite) that are adjoined by a central courtyard, a pool, and a garden full of blossoms. We believe we have the fastest, most reliable internet in the area, combining service from a fiber-optic hardline with Starlink satellite. While both are active, you get multiplied bandwidth; should one temporarily go down, the other carries on seamlessly. ~ The Main Suite ~ The Main Suite has one bedroom with a comfortable king bed, a desk, a built-in closet, and an ensuite shower with double sinks. The fully equipped kitchen featuring custom cabinetry and a large island is perfect for entertaining. It opens to the living room - offering views of the patio, pool, and the beautiful blue sea. It's extra colorful when the bay is filled with wind sports enthusiasts and their kites. The rooftop Terrace with 360-degree views is accessed via the staircase near the front entry. The living room has a 50" ROKU TV. ~ The Loft Suite ~ The Loft suite is located across the shaded courtyard from the Main Suite and offers stunning second-floor views of the Sea of Cortez and Isla Cerralvo. The loft suite has one bedroom with a comfortable king bed, a large closet, and an ensuite bathroom. A fully equipped kitchen with custom cabinetry opens to the living room and east-facing patio. You will also enjoy views of the mountains and desert to the west from the kitchen. The living room has a 40" ROKU TV. ~ Outdoor Space ~ A large shaded courtyard with ample entertaining areas adjoins both suites. Enjoy relaxing around the circular sofa, dining outdoors, or lounging around and swimming in the pool. There is a laundry room on the back side of the main suite with a washer, dryer, and retractable clotheslines. ~ Beyond Baja Luna ~ Walk to beautiful Fig Tree beach in minutes - it's straight down the road (550 meters or 0.3 miles). It's a great spot for swimming, snorkeling, kite launching, etc. You can easily walk to La Tuna Restaurant (music, food, fun) from Fig Tree Beach. You can also easily walk (or drive) to Oscarito's Market to grab groceries. There are several kitesurfing and wing-foiling schools near the property. Other points of interest include Hot Springs Beach & Punta Gorda hiking trails to the north (both short drives). There are a lot of great restaurants in the El Sargento / La Ventana area, and new ones are always popping up. Be sure to check out our guidebook for restaurants and activities.
