A place of tranquility! Very beautiful view, quiet and lovely. Mirko gave super suggestions for eating and nice places in the area. We didn’t miss the wifi🙏. Great startingpoint to discover Gargano. Manfredonia is very nice and a 10 minute drive. Even on very hot days you get a nice breeze on the terrace and by night the garden terrace is very nicely and cozy lit by many small lights. The ‘house’ dog is sweet and absolutely sweet. The airco did it’s work and in the bedrooms there are fans. mirko is an attentive host. Thank you for the pleasant stay🙏

Belle maison avec 3 chambres offrant une très grande terrasse avec vue sur la mer. Vous serez à l'entrée du parc de Gargano, très belle foret qui offre de la fraicheur en été. De nombreuses plages à proximité mais celles avec sable sont un peu plus éloignées vers Vieste. Le logement est équipé d'une climatisation située dans la cuisine. Nous avons séjourné dans le logement de Mirko en juillet et les températures étaient caniculaires. Une seule climatisation ne permettait pas de refroidir les chambres, la maison étant grande. Mirko est un hôte accueillant qui nous a transmis de bonnes adresses. Le chien présent dans la propriété a été adorable, il recherche de la compagnie et des caresses.

Mirko is a good host. He accommodated us on our late arrival due to my wife getting carsick on the way there. The “villa” is in a nice secluded place, great for a quiet getaway, if you want solitude and no contact form others, personally or electronically. Absolutely no wifi or phone signal, which I did not notice in the description of the place because it’s something we almost take for granted. Something that was critical for my wife, to stay in contact with her young kids in Costa Rica. Some of the pictures in the listing don’t match reality. There’s no hammock, lounge chairs, or the depicted view because it is blocked by the growing olive trees. Hot water doesn’t last long, so take quick showers. I failed to inquire about the “No amenities”. That meant there are no linens or bath towels. Mirko did tell me a few days before our arrival that he charges €50 for such amenities. Something every guest expects to be included in the price of the place. Unfortunately, not what we expected.

Het huis komt overeen met de foto’s. Het ligt heerlijk rustig en het uitzicht is prachtig. Wil je genieten van een mooie sterrenhemel, dan moet je hier zijn. Winkels liggen op 10 minuten afstand met de auto. Daar kun je alles krijgen wat je nodig hebt. Het bed is goed, de douche was prima. Wel met een douchegordijn. De keuken is een beetje krap, maar alles is aanwezig. Buiten kun je heerlijk zitten en genieten. Wordt je vaak geprikt door muggen, zorg dan dat je voldoende antimuggenstift bij je hebt. Ik ben buiten helemaal lek gestoken. Het hondje wat aanwezig is (alleen in de tuin, niet binnen) is lief en schattig en begeleidde me op een wandeling. Al met al een prima verblijf hier gehad. De communicatie met Mirko was prima.
