This modern built villa features spacious design, and luxury and a tropical setting overlooking the mountains, set in the heart of Meninting and just 2 minutes walk from Meninting beach, Lombok where you can sit and enjoy the sunsetting over Mount Agung. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a private pool, fully-equipped kitchen with plenty of dining and lounging spaces, it makes it an ideal hangout for longer or short stays with family or friends. River Villas Lombok is designed with a luxurious-modern touch and a tropical vibe. The 3 bedrooms comprise a King, a Deluxe, and a Twin room, each one is spacious and enjoys AC. The master bedroom leads onto the pool area whilst the other enjoy a view of coconut trees. Wi-Fi access is accessible all over the villa. The bathrooms are all equipped with toiletries, hot and cold showers. There is a fully equipped kitchen, dinning area, lounge with TV leading onto the pool deck. The property enjoys private parking space and the road access is suitable for a car. On the outdoor deck is the mosaique tiled pool with lounging area. This villa is homely and well-equipped and serviced with all you need to make your stay comfortable, as well as room service on call who can also assist with any scooter rentals, day trips, massage requests and more. The entire villa is enjoyed privately during your stay, however, a regular cleaning service is provided at your convenience.

Great place, great value and good location.
James and Louise were friendly and responsive. Upon arrival, Louise was there to welcome us and show us around the house, provided us breakfast items and was reachable afterwards. The house was clean, the pool was very refreshing after a hot day, and the pamphlet they compiled of activities nearby gave us some great ideas. The sunset at the beach close by was stunning and highly recommended. Would recommend the property. Thank you for a pleasant stay.
Good host. Good communication. Decent place. I had a good stay but the place is unsafe for children. Windows that are death traps that can easily be opened by kids. The house also needs maintenance. Couldn't close a couple of doors. It feels old. It was also noisy because of construction work.
Hello.. First off all James and his partner Louise seems like two nice and respectful persons. But we had a very bad experience in the house. Which make us cancel our 7 day booking all ready after 24 hours. James and Louise accepted that and paid back the booking for 5 days. About the House. There are no air condition in the living room or the kitchen and dining area. Which made it impossible for us to stay in the these rooms during the day and evening. There are air condition in the bedrooms. The house has a big opening, from roof and side of the house , that you can't close. Which attract a lot of insects and Mosquitoes. The house is clean on the surface at first sight but definitely need a deep cleaning and a general maintenance The pool water was dirty so you didn't want to use it. I Hope that the host/owners will look in to these matters, if fixed it could be a nice accommodation.

Located down its own private cul de sac, off the main road in Meninting, the villa is strategically located in Meninting, close to the lively hub of Sandik and the fun and vibrant Tanjung Bias, still within the vicinity of Mataram City to which you have easy access by bike or car. The beach is walking distance, as is Meninting Park. So,although tucked away in privacy it still has perfect access to the local activities and night-life, making it an ideal family getaway or group-stay with friends.
