The Della Vittoria neighborhood is one of the greenest and quietest in Rome, without the confusion of the city center but well connected to it by public transport. Its strategic position allows you to move freely, to reach the major attractions nearby on foot. Near the house, there are all those places needed for a pleasant stay: restaurants, pizzerias, markets, bars, tobacconists, newsstands and car rental. On Via Monte Zebio, there is a theatre, one of the most famous and good bars in Rome, which also offers a pastry shop, ice cream shop, pizzeria and rotisserie, a pizza shop by the slice, and a well-stocked bookshop. A little further on, the local market in Via Ferrari and Piazza Mazzini surrounded by early twentieth century buildings. In the other direction, on the left bank of the Tiber, you reach the triangle of contemporary art with the Ponte della Musica, the Maxxi museum and the Auditorium Parco della Musica. The bus stop towards San Pietro, Trastevere, Colosseum, and Lepanto metro - which can also be reached in 10 minutes on foot - is in front of the door. On the sidewalk in front there is a cycle path, convenient for exploring the city on foot or by bicycle. There are various bike rental points in the area. Those traveling by car have free and paid parking available.
