This cozy apartment has the perfect location: in the centre of the city of Valencia, specifically next to the north train station ,only 3 minutes on foot. It’s near to the bullring and the city government square, as well as a great cultural and touristic attraction for foreign visitors.There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed. The bed sizes are 1.35m*2m and 1.5m*2m. The apartment is on the first floor and there is no elevator in the building. you have to take the stairs to reach it. There is a terrace in the apartment that provides a smoking area. The bedroom areas are 8 m2 and 10 m2. Bathroom area 4 m2, kitchen area 6 m2. The dining room is 5 m2 and a large living room is 28 m2. The apartment equipped with sofa, table and chairs, TV, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator and warm and cool air conditioner. It's a compact apartment. The accommodation has the necessary hygiene and cleaning products. - For your stay you will be provided with bed linen and towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per guest). Shampoo and shower gel provided in the apartment. From the airport, you can take Metro Line 3 and Line 5 and get off at Xativa. It takes about 25 minutes to reach the apartment. normal price4,8 euros/person, the Valencia Metro has a half-price discount. You can buy 10 tickets for a better deal. A taxi can reach the apartment in 15 minutes and costs about 20 euros. You can also download the APP Cabify to call a ride-hailing service, which is cheaper than a taxi.

The apartment was great and way more beautiful in reality than on the pictures. The apartment is very big. We felt like home. The location is next to „Estacion Norte“. Walking distance to the city center is perfect. Juan is extremely friendly and helped with everything. Awesome!
Juan's Airbnb is clean, quiet and easy to get to. It's within walking distance to the Metro and train stations. Check-in was straight forward. Communication with Juan was great. He provided the check-in details in a timely manner and was proactive in asking for my information to make sure I had no issues with getting settled. All in all would definitely stay at his Airbnb in the future.
We had a lovely stay at the apartment. It is really central clean and comfortable. Juan was very helpful and friendly. A very good host.
Świetna lokalizacja, blisko do centrum i do środków komunikacji. Wokół bardzo dobre orientalne restauracje. Juan jest cudownym gospodarzem, bardzo, bardzo pomocnym i komunikatywnym. Bardzo nam pomógł i nic nie było dla niego problemem. Mieszkanie jest przestronne i wygodne, dobrze wyposażone. Serdecznie polecam!
