Me and husband really had an amazing and relaxing weekend stay at Melanie’s airbnb condo unit. The neighborhood was peaceful, the unit was spacious and cozy. It also has complete utensils that the guest/s can use. There is big refrigerator, guest/s can bring their favorite foods and drinks while they chill. And speaking of chill, they have a fast wifi and a netflix. The bed mattress are really comfortable and I had the best uninterrupted sleep. The comfort room is clean and has complete toiletries if you forgot to bring one. Definitely, the best airbnb unit in Cagayan de Oro City.

The place was exactly as described; however, it doesn't accommodate 6 adults. 5 adults and 1 kid will be more accurate. Upon booking, the rules said that use of common area (e.g pool) is free for 4 people excess of that will need to pay Php200 each. Unfortunately, this was not the case as we did have to pay for using the pool (as per the attendant, it was only free for the actual tenants or relatives of the tenants). Anway, this wasn't a deal breaker as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the place. Photos in the listing is accurate! Comfortable and a good place to stay with your family. Highly recommend it to others looking for a place to stay or book their staycation in!

Nice place, very responsive and thoughtful host. Left a gift for my birthday girl which I greatly appreciate👌🏻 Complete kitchen equipments. Had a comfy stay with my family! Will definitely recommend! 10 stars!⭐️

Me and my friends were happy and comfortable during our stay at Melanie's unit. I asked a lot of questions prior to check in and I'm very satisfied because she is so responsive and I believe, patient allso. The place was peaceful, clean and safe. We had a great time during our stay. I can't thank enough Melanie for accomodating us in her place Thank you very much
