6 minutes walk to Penzance high street. 8 walk minutes from sea front. Set in a quiet wooded area of Penzance. A double room with a king size bed, set in a unique home with gardens and a hot tub. Our home is a modern passive solar house that is light and spacious. A beautiful detached house surrounded by garden in a quiet yet central part of Penzance. The house is light and spacious. It is a passive solar house so stays warm very easily. The gardens have many trees and plants and there is a pond. The hot tub is in a hidden area surrounded by bushes and not looked over by neighbours. It is a very calm environment. There are squirrels in the garden and many birds.

The location was perfect for us, quiet spacious bedroom, delightful hosts and easy access by bus to the centre of Penzance. Our generous breakfast catered perfectly for my wife’s food intolerances, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.
The best Airbnb I have ever had! Maria and Graham are very nice, made us feel very welcome. Great place, very clean, comfortable bed, superb breakfast, very quick answers to messages. They were always ready to help. Had nice chats. Would have loved to stay longer. This is how Airbnb is meant to be!Can really recommend this place!
Lovely welcome. The hosts are super friendly, accommodating and interesting. A very relaxed space you can come and go as you please without feeling you need to tiptoe. Great location. Defo recommend.

Maria and Graham are the most welcoming and down to earth hosts you could ask for. They invite their guests into their home as the most natural thing in the world. I instantly felt at ease in their company. The house and everything it offers is truly unique. Quite a gem. Their eagerness to accommodate my needs at all times, and their useful recommendations which I fully benefited from really added value to my stay. Communication both before and during my stay was prompt and helpful. My stay was the termination of a long and many faceted journey. Hereunder exploring the beauty of Cornwall and the coastline on foot and on horseback. Staying with Maria and Graham put an extra dimension to it, that I could have never imagined and for which I am forever grateful 🙏 🦑🗽😘

Our garden is lovely to sit in especially next to the pond on a starry night or a bright day. We have many squirrels, birds and a friendly neighbourhood cat that visits.
A beautiful walk to the sea front in Penzance or a short walk to the high street.
Lovely cafes and restaurants nearby. The Pirate pub with large garden 1 minute from house.
Co-op, Asda and Lidl within walking distance. Sainsburies, Tesco a short drive.
Parking just by house. Train station and main bus station is a 15 minute walk from house.
