This is a perfect place to be and the host is super great. Groceries, bars, restaurants are within walking distance too. Also short commute to Maho Beach n Mullet bay Beach as well. Gated community and very safe! Tanguy goes above and beyond to accomodate us. 100% recommend n will stay again!

This place is amazing!! Do not hesitate! Book now! Stay for a week during the Heineken Regatta. It was super convenient to walk to/from the yacht club each day to join up with my boat crew. Lots of great restaurants. The place itself was super clean and very safe. 10/10

What a lovely space!! I’m already planning my return to SXM. This was the perfect birthday getaway. I stayed for 7 days and woke up comfortable, feeling safe, carefree and home. Mornings, I had a cup of tea and read in the back, or I sat there listening to the sound of the birds taking it all in or used the back door to get to the pool for a swim. I loved every minute of being here. The complex is amazing within itself, but the location makes this 10 OUT OF 10. Would HIGHHHHHLY recommend to anyone coming to St Marten. You’re close enough to the restaurants, bars, ferry (for those going to Anguilla, St Barts …) and beach to be in the midst of everything but not be disturbed. I learned how to take the $1 bus which made getting around so easy and convenient. Tanguy was a great host. He was responsive, friendly and gave GREAT recommendations. This stay made my birthday so special. I went home still gushing about it. If you go to SXM, stay here. You won’t regret it! That I can guarantee!
