Downstairs on the first level is fully fenced in with ample parking spaces, ping pong table, bikes, kayaks, pool toys and an optionally heated swimming pool with access to the dock area. Upstairs on the first floor, the living area opens up to the second-floor terraces where you'll have canal and water views on both sides and the ability to connect the homes by opening up a divider door and have access to both homes. The first floor living area is where the open concept kitchen. living and dinging rooms are located as well as the half bath and access to the connected terrace. Boating a fully equipped modern kitchen with all the necessities needed and more, offering stainless steel appliances for your use.
