Walk across the road to Morecambe's famous promenade, golf club, shops, pubs, wine bar, yoga studio, boutique shops and Happy Mount Park. Perfect for comfortable and memorable holidays with family and friends, or for corporate stays. Walk to the train to be in Lancaster in just 6 mins, 5 min drive to the M6, 45 mins to Windermere. Large Victorian house that feels like home right by the beach and all the amenities you could need within walking distance.

Brilliant place to stay, great location and a homely feel. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to stay around Heysham/Morcombe. Rachel was a great host, clear instructions and brilliant communication. Thankyou Rachel I will be staying again.
The stand-out feature of Rachel's house is the location. If you want to be near the centre of Morecombe and close to the beach, this one is for you. Rachel is friendly and proactive in making sure that there are no problems. The features of the house are as described and offer sufficient comfort for the stay. The milk, bread and biscuits on arrival is a nice touch.
We had a lovely short break at Rachel’s place. Rachel was the perfect host and there was flexibility on arrival and departure. The location was perfect, so quiet and the comfy beds ensured we slept really well and left really chilled.
Brilliant place to stay if your near Morecombe or Heysham. Really clean. like a home away from home. Rachel was proactive and responsive with any question I had.

Bare Village enjoys the quieter side of Morecambe while still being within really easy reach of everything Morecambe has to offer. Furthermore, Bare has all of its own amenities on Princes Crescent so there is not far to travel to enjoy a drink in a lovely pub or wine bar, get your groceries or stroll along the promenade. With its own golf club with sea views, yoga studio and just walking distance to ever popular Happy Mount Park Bare has everything to make your stay easy and relaxing.
The house itself is situated a stones throw from the sea front, crabbing pool and Princes Crescent. Walking distance to the golf club, Happy Mount Park and Bare lane train station. The M6 is just a 5 minute drive away. There are great bus links for the lakes and Lancaster, and in the summer you can catch the road train that picks you up outside Happy Mount Park to get you down the promenade to all of the attractions.
The beach over the road is a dog friendly beach.
Everything you could need during your stay is all within walking distance. There is a bus stop at the end of the street on the promenade, Bare Lane train station is a 5 minute walk or bring your car or bikes.
