A quiet hideaway, perfect if you’re looking for some time outside the city. Gorgeous cabin right on the water, waking up to the sunrise was beautiful. Just make sure to bring sleeping bags as it does get quite cold at night. We would love to come back for another stay!

The place was nice and tidy, the area was peaceful and the host was easy to talk to. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would highly consider to come back!

We had a great weekend at The Dragonfly. It is very cute and cozy inside. We love the Master Bedroom - the bed was cozy and we had a fantastic view. Actually, both lofts had a great view as well. Our two boys (6'2") each took one of the lofts and they loved it and slept well. We enjoyed making pizza in the outdoor pizza oven! And going for a long walk with our 2 dogs in the provincial park on the trail just down the road. The stairs were quite steep which would not have been a problem if we didn't have so much rain as they became slippery, but we were able to walk up the driveway as well. All in all a great stay, and we would love to come back!

Nice stay! Positives: they upgraded the futon to an actual bed which was a nice surprise because we were worried reading past reviews about the bed being uncomfortable but it was fine. The location and dock are amazing. We made homemade pizzas on the wood fire stove which was incredible! The kayak and canoe are in good shape. The loft mattresses were pretty comfortable too. Negatives: the wifi is terrible, don’t expect a reliable connection. The appliances are extremely outdated. One of the chairs on the dock was broken. The haul from the car to cottage is pretty awful if you have a lot of stuff, but we knew that going in. Luckily there was no one staying next door because the neighbouring cottage is very close. Overall we had a good stay and enjoyed our time!
