small properties and pre WWII homes along a bluff prominence overlooking Nauset Harbor. All streets run down to and end at Pricilla Beach where lobstermen launch each day. Paved and sandy roads make good walking. This property, as with most homes on the heights, participates in the Nauset Heights Association which supports the public steps down the bluff to access the glorious and remote North Spit of Nauset Beach. Miles of empty walking to the north. Walking South on the beach you will pass Nauset Public Beach, then continue along the seashore for almost 10 miles to the inlet at Chatham.
this is a neighborhood for walking. Parking only allowed on this property. Town with eveything one needs is a 7 minute drive. The first restaurant is even closer.
