In addition, it has an alarm system with front and rear outdoor cameras for added security. Minutes to wineries, breweries, Paw Paw lake/river, Four Winds casino, Benton Harbor/St. Joes, South Haven, and Lake Michigan shore. Coming in 2024-patio, hot tub, and fenced in yard. Brand new home finished in May 2023. Everything is new including furnishings. Bedrooms and Game room are carpeted. Everything else is vinyl flooring. Pull out bed in Game room. Kitchen has electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, cordless wine opener, electric can opener, blender, air popcorn maker, toaster, Keurig duo, Air Fryer, as well as kitchenware. Each bedroom has 2 luggage stands.

This was an amazing spot! We were in town for a wedding and I split the house with some friends. The home is gorgeous, and clearly planned out well for hosting. We had everything we could possibly need. We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again.

Thank you John and Kathi for hosting us. We arrived on Christmas Day and were surprised with nice decorative touches and personal welcome note! We felt welcomed. The coffee and tea selection they offered was wonderful for us and we enjoyed it a lot. The House is New and exactly as described. I also enjoyed sleeping in longer as shades are perfect to get great good night rest. For me and kids it was great! Host promptly responded when needed. We are thankful!
