Set of 2 garden level rooms situated on the lower level. These 2 rooms will be rented together only. Both rooms come with queen beds, Smart TV, Room Heater, Wardrobe and Kettle for Coffee and Tea. Please note that one room is smaller than the other. The patio has outdoor furniture to relax. You can enjoy the shared garden lawns and the shared campfire with other guests. Rosen Heime is Located 3 Kms From The Ooty Town and Walking Distance To The Famous Lovedale Train Station, Lawrence School. 1 Large Room with attached bathroom . Queen Size bed, three door wardrobe, two chairs and a small round coffee table. Kettle and coffee/tea/sugar. Approximate room size is 150 sq ft 1 Small Room with attached bathroom. Queen size bed Small two door wardrobe, Kettle and coffee/tea/sugar. Approximate room size is 90 sq ft.

My parents liked the place everything but the only this was room was small for them.. but ya its not Thomas mistake as i saw size of the room online while booking online
Rosen heim without doubt is a beautiful property. It was easy to locate using Google maps. Thomas was very responsive and provided all the information required prior to our stay itself. So we had a hassle free check-in. The location is great too, away from the crowd in Lovedale yet close enough to the main town. The caretaker Elsy was quite friendly and chatty. The large room out of the two was very spacious and comfortable. The small one was indeed quite small, you just have enough space for walking around the bed. But no issues as this was mentioned in the listing anyway. The bathroom of the smaller room needs some maintenance though. I also found the breakfast offered was rather frugal. It could be improved. The garden deserves special mention. It is very beautifully done and a great place to hang out. Unfortunately we had the place available only for a day so do make sure you book for atleast a couple of days to truly enjoy it.
The place was good, caretaker was very slow need to mention one thing atleast 3 times. Pricing is something they need to reconsider, it should be around 3-4k per day per room.
this place was amazing. the property is very beautiful and clean . It was very peaceful and quite here as the compared to the main ooty city was super crowded and dirty. Care taker Elsy was also very helpful and active.She made sure our stay is very comfortable. she prepared really good dinner n tea whenever we asked her.
Very beautiful stay away from the hustle of city life. The stay is surrounded with beautiful view and the garden is maintained very well. The care taker was absolutely friendly and welcoming. We informed Elsy we'll be checking in quite early the room and breakfast.. everything was arranged by the time we arrived . The lovedale station is walkable from the stay. The walk is also very peaceful and nice. The road near the stay is little bad, but manageable. We felt the rooms were little expensive but worth the experience of the surroundings. Lovely escape from loud city life.

The garden lawns and the outdoor campfire are common areas and will be shared between the other guests.
Option 2- Garden rooms at Rosen Heime. The Lower Level accomodation has 2 separate bedrooms with attached bathrooms. There is a patio with outdoor furniture where guests will be served breakfast. The garden lawns and the outdoor campfire are common areas and will be shared between the other guests.
Option 3 - Charming 1 bedroom cottage with attached bathroom and balcony. The garden lawns and the outdoor campfire are common areas and will be shared between the other guests.
