5/5. great value for location. staying here saved me over a thousand dollars for a conference I was attending. comfortable, nice place near the beach. I am a very light sleeper and was initially concerned about proximity to the road but I slept like a baby. Good stuff, what airbnb is all about. Thank you!

We had a lovely visit at James's spot. It was quiet and private, while also being less than a block from the Palmetto beach access. Walkable to lots of restaurants and a beautiful place overall. It had everything we needed and more.

Place is ok, but nice, safe location by the beach and walkable. Small, but this was expected and fine with me since I was really only there to sleep (was in town for a wedding). Place was “clean” but didn’t really feel that clean if that makes sense… like staying in a budget hotel. Regardless, it got the job done and if you just need a bed in a good location, you’ll be fine

The location is great. Very close to the beach and some restaurants. Parking is very close by too. The space was clean and the bed was very comfortable. My only issue is there are very bright lights that the blinds don’t block out. I had a lot of trouble sleeping the first night. I found an eye mask and slept well the second night. I highly recommend that the owner add room darkening curtains. My daughter doesn’t usually get bothered by light but she had a tough time as well.

We left 1 day early of a 3 day stay. The bedding was damp upon arrival and never dried out. The moisture in the room caused our clothing, etc to all become extremely damp. Question if the AC wall unit was working properly. The window coverings were missing slats and in poor condition on all windows. Had to hang a beach towel for privacy on a busy street. No washcloths were provided. 1 partial roll of toilet paper was provided for 2 people for a 3 day stay. We attempted several phone calls & messages to request assistance. No response at all! Very disappointing as we loved the area and location.
