This place is a gem, a definite historical site located within easy walking distance to Eureka old town and the water. A big dining room table with room for the whole family.

Staying in this beautiful old Victorian was such an adventure! Updated amenities, but still lots of original charm. it is just across the street from the Carson mansion, which made it feel extra special. The host is friendly and responsive. I will definitely stay here again!

There were 6 adults and 2 children in our party that stayed 6 nights. In terms of location, we were a few blocks walking distance to downtown. wasn't exactly what we expected as far as views, had hoped to see the harbor from windows, but understand. Had a few homeless and call girls in immediate area hanging around, but moved out a few days after arrival. Could use a new stove in the kitchen. it's dated and a safety risk, IMO. The upstairs showers need an extra curtain with them as water tends to exit shower onto floor. We had no problem with anyone around, and after there a couple of days we felt safer. We enjoyed Eureka and the sweet people there. It is such a beautiful part of the US in that area.

It was a very charming house, but it did need some love and repair. One of the bed rooms had a lot of water damage . we were five adults and had plenty of room and the kitchen came in handy,
