I enjoyed my stay
Clean and good communication
Stayed here for 2 weeks and it was comfortable And the neighborhood was very quiet. I felt safe even though there were other guests there. The place was clean and within driving distance to fergus downtown. There was laundry to use which was nice as well. As well as a fully functioning kitchen.

Family with three kids. Life is hard with the high interest these days. All the listing here can helps me to pay my bills and raise my kids. If you are a PICKY &DEMANDING please DO NOT book with me. We are not luxury hotels! Only thing I can do is to treat my guests from my heart.Any lower rate will infect my life. It will be absolutely NO EXTRA Visitors! No SMOKING!
