This unusual space is located in the basement of the Riverpath Inn. It has a Private entrance, Queen size bed, Work desk, Mini frig, Coffee & Tea station. It also has a Toilet, Sink, Shower and Sauna. Because of the rustic charm of this historic house, the floors overhead can be squeaky and guests can be heard walking over head. As a courtesy, we provide ear plugs, and a fan to help compensate. Total privacy is available for guests staying just one single night however, if you plan on staying more than 1 night you may be sharing access to the laundry area with employees between 11am - 3:00pm

This is a perfect spot to stop for the night or stay for a week. The river walking path is very close and the sauna is a treat.

a fantastic Air BNB experience! the sauna was a bonus
the place was great for what I needed. I wantedntomexplore Eugene so I didn't need a huge space with a ton of amenities, but being able to come back and use the sauna was amazing.
What a happy surprise to stay in a place that's out of the ordinary and yet everything works the way it should and then some. Small touches to ensure our comfort were everywhere. We were grateful for the pleasure of staying here and will do so again anytime we're in the area.

This room is located on basement of an old Guest house called Riverpath Inn, nestled around Sladden Park in the north central section of the Whiteaker neighborhood, this amazing house is one of Eugene’s most famous and historic. A few steps away from the Willamette River Path, the Rose Garden and Skinner Butte; and also a few blocks away from the eclectic, vibrant and colorful Whiteaker neighborhood festivities where breweries, restaurants, cafes, wine rooms, etc can be found.

My wife Nedjy, and I moved from Granada, Nicaragua to Eugene in 2018 where we joined forces with family here to begin a new business that included buying and renovating a historic home by the Willamette river in the North Whiteaker district of Eugene.
