We each had our own room with a heat pump and our own bathrooms. It was hot when we arrived so it was good to have air conditioning. The place is tastefully decorated and tidy. It was handy being able to park in the garage too. The only issue during our stay was when "housekeepers" turned up unannounced at 8pm on our first night and let themselves in but it sounded like a break in, as they had difficulty unlocking the door. At first we thought it was a guest checking into the wrong unit. However, they got in and I asked if they were the owners and they said "yes". They stayed in the garage for about 20 minutes until one of us asked what they were doing and then they said "housekeeping". I messaged Royal Residency and they apologised. In the future, it would be nice to have a heads-up about housekeepers or even just to have it clear on the listing. It felt like an invasion of our privacy and it was especially unsettling having strangers turn up during the night. We all felt a bit unsafe
