非常完美的住宿，首先是地理位置很好，属于奥克兰中心区域，周边环境非常安静且安全，其次房子是全新房，装修非常好，卫生干净，床品舒适，所有的设施都非常好，房东团队非常专业，回复特别快，我们住了10天，非常满意。绝对值得推荐。

Amazing Stay! Perfect Location & Superhost Hosts This Airbnb was truly fantastic! The location was excellent. The house itself was beautiful and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It was clean, tidy and had great parking. The hosts made our stay even better! They were super responsive and helpful, with clear and easy communication.

Eric's house was perfect for our multiweek trip to Auckland. It's extremely well situated (a short walk to One Tree Hill and Cornwall Park) and within a 20-minute drive of most of the areas you might want to visit in the city. There are also a number of nearby shopping and dining options, although you'll likely need a car if you're looking for something more than cafe/fast food establishments. The house itself still feels like a new build even though it is also quite welcoming and comfortable. It's efficiently designed and furnished, with an office and bathroom on the ground level, the kitchen/living room/dining room/balcony/0.5 bathroom on the next level, and three bedrooms on the top level, each with their own full bathroom. Since we visited during summer, the A/C was a welcome respite. We also enjoyed the abundance of kitchen cooking/eating implements and the snacks that greeted us on arrival. Eric was a great host, and we would love to stay at his house during a future visit.
